JEFF TURNER Managing Principal Over a period of fifteen years, Jeff Turner developed the Bridge model and, together with Tommy Saxon, founded Bridge Insurance Partners- a boutique firm specifically designed with private equity and real estate in mind. Turner's team of field experts specializes in developing and implementing property and casualty programs for middle market firms in their respective areas of expertise. Mr. Turner is committed to building Bridge on the concept of mutually beneficial relationships. His systemized approach to service insures continuous connection with every client and allows him and his team to understand each client's unique business operation at the deepest level and communicate that to the insurance marketplace. Prior to founding Bridge Insurance Partners, Mr. Turner served as a managing director for Higginbotham and Associates, following his time at a local agency in Dallas. Before entering the insurance industry, he held positions in accounting and commercial banking and developed brokerage and risk management solutions for the private equity, real estate, and healthcare industries. Mr. Turner serves on the board of the Independent Insurance Agents of Dallas and was named committee chairperson of the year with IIAT for the formation and leadership of the Young Agents Committee of Texas. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, participated in the Leader Board for the Center for Christian Leadership, and serves on the board of the Prestonwood Pregnancy Center of Dallas. A native of Dallas, Mr. Turner attended Baylor University, where he received his BBA in Accounting. TOMMY SAXON Principal A Dallas native, Tommy Saxon returned from Denver, Colorado in 2003 and embarked upon his second business venture with Turner- working to secure the Bridge model. His professional background is steeped in the healthcare industry, beginning in medical devices and has grown to include more recent expansions to private equity groups and their portfolio investments in the healthcare and life science industries. Saxon has developed a particular expertise with large physician groups and hospital systems- specifically, aggregating their risk and tailoring medical malpractice programs. Additionally, his skill in providing property and casualty coverage and directors and officers insurance is focused on middle market firms. A graduate of Baylor University, Mr. Saxon serves on the Regional Board for North Central Texas YoungLife and the Steering Committee for the Baylor Business Network. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Independent Insurance Agents of Dallas and assists with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Young Life. His personal interests include hiking, snowshoeing, running and spending time outdoors with his family. He and his wife reside in Arlington with their two daughters.
